The property market is going from strength to strength. According to the recent Australian Housing Outlook Report, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane will drive the market over the next three years.

• Here in Melbourne, we spoke to several real estate agents and buyer advocates to get their word on the city’s auction activity.

• Meanwhile, when faced with a potentially competitive auction, buyer’s advocate Cate Bakos helped her client secure a property in Armadale before it went up for auction.

• How should you decide where to buy a house? Whether you’re an experienced investor or a first home buyer, there are some important factors to consider.

• In celebrity real estate news, Victoria and David Beckham are saying goodbye to their sweeping country estate for an even snazzier property in central London.

• And for those keen to enjoy the spring weather this weekend, the Spring Fling Street Festival will be held in North Melbourne on Sunday. The diverse festival will host over 120 stalls, live bands, children’s entertainment and fitness fun with the North Melbourne Football Club. It’s sure to be a great day out.
