Peter Sarmas commenced his real estate career in 1997, and worked his way up to become the number one agent in the north eastern suburbs before starting his own real estate business. Wanting to broaden his property knowledge, Peter completed a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuations with Honours at Melbourne University. In an effort to understand every facet of the real estate business, Peter took on the role of franchise manager where he oversaw and managed the success of a number of offices.

With nearly twenty years of sales, marketing and management expertise, Peter has seen the importance of implementing systems in a business and the impact they have on sales, results and client retention.

As the director of Street News, an information property portal with over 17,000 monthly page views, Peter is responsible for informing property investors, consumers, property buyers and sellers about the day-to-day property market. With his finger on the pulse Peter has become a thought leader in the Melbourne property sector, providing weekly market commentary, advice to property investors and vendors looking to buy or sell their property.
