I'd been told and warned by family, friends and colleagues to not trust an agent. They all said "take 20k of what they value your place at". I didn't have time to interview several agents, but was willing to do so, if I had to. Bryan was recommended to me by a work friend - he'd sold successfully a year before and was happy with the experience. I met Bryan and had a gut feeling that things were going to be ok. I was right. Bryan not only met my friend's service quote, he made an honest valuation on the property and held off, while the investors made tentative offers for a bargain. He did an incredible job of steering me through this nervous time and eventually sold my house (at the first agreed value), thirteen days into our agreement. This was before the first open house and before internet listing. I'm glad to have a forum to recommend Bryan, as he's a great professional in his field who should be acknowledged. Awesome job!
