Abbotsford can be found in Melbourne's east, nestled between Collingwood and Kew. Mere minutes from the city centre, the former industrial area has undergone significant gentrification over recent years. It is home to Melbourne's largest Vietnamese community, and Victoria Street has been dubbed Little Saigon for its much-visited strip of Vietnamese restaurants.
