Jay Moxon believes that the greatest asset in business is to stand out from your competitors.

In saying this, Jay commenced his career in real estate as a personal assistant. Within four months, he was promoted to sales executive and like his father Chris and uncle David, became a very well-known and respected agent within the northern suburbs.

Jay wasted absolutely no time climbing the real estate ranks by completing Barry Plant Auction School back in 2009. After graduating from the course, he made a major impression on the marketplace - his first ten properties sold at a 100 per cent clearance rate with an average of just over $40,000 above reserve price.

Recently completing his Certificate IV in Property Services, Jay is now a registered Licensed Estate Agent and manages the office at Barry Plant in South Morang.
