Katie Smith

Katie started at Williams Real Estate as the receptionist, and after just three weeks she had her first promotion. From there she continued to climb the ranks in the agency.

Katie is so proud to be the director of such a wonderful company and at such a young age. She really feels as a woman of 33 years of age that she has achieved much more than she would have ever expected. This industry demands a lot  - hard work, dedication and of course, in her opinion, true passion for your craft - if you want to be successful. Receiving respect not only from her valued clients, but also her peers within the industry, is really the greatest achievement.

Katie and her husband both enjoy the sun; her lying in it and Michael surfing. They now have a beautiful baby boy called Thomas, who they are excited to have and share holidays with.
