Hayley's career begun in 1998 as a receptionist and she quickly moved up the ranks from assistant property manager, property manager, department manager, partner and finally to starting her own business in 2009.
Mitchell Property Management was created because Hayley saw a need for quality service and honest communication in the industry. Hayley now heads up a team of four and continues to train at the REIV, for other franchise groups and speak at industry conferences.

We would highly recommend Hayley Mitchell Property Management based on our experience with them. Being an owner operated business definitely makes a difference, as we have found them to be extremely hard working, knowledgeable, efficient & trustworthy. They focus only on managing properties, it isn't a second priority to selling properties which we have found in the past with real estate agents. They work as a team to provide the best service possible for landlords & tenants. Our only regret, is that we didn't find them sooner!

We were recommenced to contact Hayley as a dedicated property management service and I have nothing but good things to say about the company and the service. We have now used Michell's for a number of years and they are the best managers of property we have had, fast efficient & responsible and worth paying a tiny bit more for.

I have utlised the service of Haylay Mitchal for nearly 2 years now. I find her service unique in that genuine inspections are conducted on time, reports are communicated back to the landlord and she is always prepared to go the extra step to provide a genuinely professional servie. 5 stars all round.
