A busy outer northern suburb, Epping is ideal for families craving a suburban lifestyle with plenty of convenient amenities close at hand. Located only forty minutes from the city, residents have easy access to the Western Ring Road and the Hume Freeway. Epping Station offers train services on the South Morang line.

Epping Plaza is a major shopping centre offering more than 200 specialty stores including a Safeway, Coles, Target and Big W. A smaller commercial precinct can also be found at Dalton Village for residents in need of a quieter locale for grocery shopping, takeaway food and health services. Babalui Pizza and Pasta cafe is particularly popular for its tasty gourmet pizzas.
