Adrian Butera entered the real estate industry in 1990. He quickly developed an interest in auctioneering and, after extensive training, won the REIV Victorian Novice Auctioneers Competition in 1994. This early success led Adrian to form his own auctioneering business, and marked the beginning of a formidable and flourishing real estate career.
Nobody knows auctions like Adrian. A fully accredited auctioneer and senior auctioneering trainer, he has been actively involved with the REIV as a member of the Auction Committee (Chairman 2000-2002) and the Auction Interest Group. Adrian displays all the hallmarks of an exceptional auctioneer his market knowledge and open and forthright manner demystifies the auction process for both buyers and sellers, and he combines passion, confidence and wit with a touch of the showman to coax the maximum bids on auction day.
Adrian's largest achievement to date was winning the REIV Senior Auctioneering Number 1 Award 3 times - 1998, 2001, 2004 and 2010.
As a director of Compton Green, Adrian is a courteous and committed leader. He is renowned for the immense amount of time he dedicates to encouraging his colleagues to realise their full potential. Adrian is currently focused on driving the Compton Green team to be Number 1 in Australia.

Selling our property in Seddon came at very hard time for our family and along with some unforseen challenges with the property it could have been an absolute disaster, personally and financially.
Adrian Butera from Compton Green was more than up to every challenge. There is no doubt Adrian Butera went well out of his way to secure the right buyer, at the right price and ensured the sale went thru. We cant thank him enough.
Adrian was always extremely approachable, professional and his advice really helped in achieving a very desirable outcome.

Selling a house can be fraught with stress and uncertainty. It helps to be very thorough in finding an agent you can trust. Adrian Butera from Compton Green helped us sell our property in Seddon during a tough economic period. From the outset he was always extremely personable, professional and provided us with guidance and advice that really assisted us in achieving a very desirable outcome.
