Peter Konidaris

Ask Peter anything about Bayside, he has been a resident all his life. As a result, he has a desire for seeing constant improvement and capital growth around the area. He is an expert on the area�s unique culture, its infrastructure, and the benefits of the lifestyle it offers.

With qualifications and experience in accounting (�seven years of number crunching�), Peter decided to start his own bookkeeping business. After plenty of hands-on work with tax-related property transactions, Peter decided to make the move into real estate, following in his father�s footsteps who had a successful real estate career spanning more than 40 years.

A sportsman and a passionate classical and blues guitarist, Peter loves to compose music in his spare time. His other passion is footy and the Richmond Tigers (but don�t get him started on that topic!)
