Where to begin… There are not enough good things that I could say about Miss Charles and to try would be an injustice to her.
We met Traci when we purchased our new property in Altona and were so impressed that we retained her services for the sale of Alexander St.
The superlatives.. genuine, caring, honest and upfront, and has the rare ability to guide you through a potential minefield while making you feel completely at ease.
I can’t recommend Traci highly enough.

A quick word of thanks for the help and support you gave me during the sale of my house at 20 Charles St, Seddon. I really appreciated how you kept me up to date and patiently explained the marketing plan which not only made it a success but also an educational and enjoyable experience.
I was also very pleased with the honest trades people you recommended to help me get the house fixed up and presentable. My friends at the auction also commented on the professionalism of the auctioneer and ComptonGreen staff during the auction.

We were delighted with the service that Traci provided to us on the sale of 67 Walter St Seddon. She was committed to the sale of the property, to getting us the best price possible, and to keeping us informed about the progress of the campaign. Her communication with us was excellent – it was regular and the information she provided was detailed, and she made herself completely available to us when we needed to reach her. She was friendly, empathic, and always happy to do what she could to help us or answer our questions. Her strategic advice was invaluable and we were happy with the result of our campaign – a sale!

It has been a pleasure to work with Traci to sell our family home. In the 3 months it took to sell the house we found Traci to be professional at all times. Her communication skills and regular verbal and written updates allowed us to make informed decisions. Traci marketed our house with careful planning suggesting a price range the market place was ready to accept. She knew the market place and made accurate predictions where the trends were heading. Traci always went that extra step to help when we were not around, such as putting the bins out. I was impressed that she embarked on a one hour drive to get the contracts signed. As a couple selling their first property in Seddon after recently having moved to Western Australia, our chief concerns when choosing a real estate agent was reliability, communication, and trust. There was a fair bit of work that needed to be done to the property to get it ready for the sale, and managing those works from the other side of the country was simply not an option for us. Traci at Compton Green jumped out not only as being highly experienced and professional, but also honest, personable and above all enthusiastic about making our house all it could be for the sale. Right the way through the process, everyone knew exactly where they stood and what was going on. From managing numerous trades quotes and work, to liaising with our existing tenants to lessen their discomfort and uncertainty, to communicating with us personally several times each week – we could not fault Traci’s dedication or execution.We could not recommend Traci highly enough. Traci has done an excellent job in selling our property in Newport.
She was friendly, enthusiastic and professional in her dealings with us, and our tenant, which helped to make our first experience at selling a property relatively stress free.
Traci kept us informed at every stage of the process with numerous phone calls and emails.
She even drove down to Chelsea on three separate occasions to give us an update on the sales campaign.

Traci has done a fantastic job in selling two properties on our behalf over the past year.
She managed to achieve results far above our expectations (and those of independent bank valuers) for both properties.
We have no doubt that her advice and market knowledge was the reason we had a high volume of people through at our open for inspections.
She negotiated with potential buyers prior to our auction dates and secured offers we were extremely happy with on both occasions.
She is friendly, honest, enthusiastic and professional, and goes above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible.
