Chris Stokie

Chris Stokie commenced his career with Ray White Real Estate Noble Park/ Springvale in 2000 after moving from Sydney. Originally beginning as a Personal Assistant to the Director, he completed a REIV Traineeship in Real Estate and eventually moved into sales as a successful Sales Consultant. During this time, Chris completed his Full Licence in Real Estate and he is now currently studying a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing). He now heads up the Sales department, running it efficiently and effectively, as well as mentoring new young guns in the office.

During Chris�s time at Ray White, he has purchased and sold three properties around the Noble Park area and also been involved in building his own home. Chris knows and understands personally what vendors and buyers alike are going through and can work with you to achieve those goals. In this time, Chris has also developed a love and deep knowledge of the local areas which means that he has a great insight into the trends, developments and price changes happening in them.

What Chris most enjoys about his role is the opportunity to simplify the selling and buying process for his clients as well as achieving above market results consistently. During his time off Chris is a dedicated husband and father to wife India and their three children.
