Anyone who has bought and sold real estate over the years knows that the role of a real estate agent can be a demanding one at the best of times. So it is a fair indication of Anna Mastrogiannis' determination and skill that she has been able to build such an impressive reputation in this industry for over a decade.
Clearly, Anna is a woman who thrives on a challenge, whether it involves negotiating a sale price that other agents said was not achievable, or helping a young couple to purchase their first home when others said their financial situation made it impossible.
Anna is a big believer in the concept of starting every sales transaction from the position of mutual trust. She says, �I have always found that if I earn the trust of my client at the start, then they will quickly come to know that there is no way I would ever endanger that by my actions during the marketing campaign. I know that every one of the clients I have sold a property for has come to realise that I told them the absolute truth from the first day I listed the property to the day that the moving van pulled into the driveway.� It is this type of transparent approach that has earned Anna so many confident referrals of friends and relatives of her past clients.
On a personal note, in her spare time Anna loves spending time with her family, especially her adorable grandson.
